The gallbladder is normal. The pancreas is normal. The spleen and adrenal glands are normal. There are tiny bilateral renal cysts. No hydronephrosis. The stomach and small bowel are normal. The appendix is normal. The large bowel is normal. No ascites or pneumoperitoneum. No abdominal lymphadenopathy detected. There is hysterectomy. The bladder is normal. Aorta and IVC are normal. There is a 16 mm blastic lesion within the right L1 vertebral body. This was present on 05/01/2018. No additional bony lesions are detected. No acute bony pathology detected. There is a calcified nodule within the central canal at the T5 level measuring 12 mm. This was also present on 05/01/2018. IMPRESSION: 1. No acute abdominal pathology detected. 2. There is a calcified mass within the central canal, within the mid-thoracic spine. This was present on 05/01/2018. This mass is indeterminate. However, meningioma is favored. 3. There is moderate hepatic steatosis.
